Shannon has been a Program Specialist for the East Valley SELPA for 6 years. She has been working in the field of special education for the past 15 years in numerous settings supporting students with disabilities to progress behaviorally, socially, functionally, and academically. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University. As a model teacher in an ABA classroom, she had many unique experiences which provided her the ability to manage staff, train in class, complete assessments, and individualize curriculum for students. She has been completing and providing training in the area of Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments. Her passion for Behavioral Intervention continues to drive her.
